I Like to Keep it Spicy

The spicier, the better! Wait, what? I’m talking about food!

Just because I am eating healthier doesn’t mean I don’t want it to taste great!

I’ve also learned that I love smoky flavors, especially chipotle. We make two sauces we love on tacos or as a dipping sauce for veggies.

The smoky version is:

We take a 6 ounce container of 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt and mix it with 3 tablespoons of light mayonnaise. We then add a chopped up chipotle pepper and 2 tablespoons of sauce (we use Goya Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce). Squeeze in some lime and sprinkle a little cilantro. Mix it all up and taste – may want to add a little more Adobo Sauce.

The spicier version is:

We take a 6 ounce container of 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt and mix it with 3 tablespoons of light mayonnaise. We then add 1 tablespoon of Sriracha. Sprinkle a little parsley and a dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix it all up and taste – may need a little more Sriracha.

So yummy! And two tablespoons are about 1 point on Weight Watchers.
